How To Order:

There are many ways to order from our gallery. The easiest is to call or email and tell us the specific piece that you’ve seen on our site, and we’ll make it for you. But that is just the beginning! Maybe you like a Giverny fountain, but you want it to be 6” tall instead. We can do it for you. Maybe you like our Descending to Nod piece, but you’re working with soft pinks, and not blues. We can do that too. Or maybe you have an idea in mind that the world has never even seen yet. We can do that too. If it doesn’t violate the laws of physics, we can probably do it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional artist or you can’t even draw a stick figure. If you have a place where you’d like a custom fountain or sculpture, we can help you to create the perfect piece for that area. Some people come to us with blueprints and paint chips and fabric swatches. Others just come with a vague idea in their head. Either way, we’re happy to work with you to create a truly unique piece of artwork for your home, office, or desired location no matter how simple or complex it may be. Returns Policy:

Everything at Cameron Harvey Gallery LLC is made one at a time by hand here in our studio in Pennsylvania. Because they are made one at a time, there will be subtle variations from piece to piece. That is part of the beauty and charm of what we do. They are not stamped out overseas and shipped here. When you place an order, we make it specifically for you. When you receive a piece, you have five days to let us know if something has been broken, damaged or is missing. If any of that is the case, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement part at no charge. Should you decide to return a piece from us, you have seven days upon receipt to do so. There is a 25% restocking fee on all standard items sent back to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping, and to ensure that it comes back in the same condition that it arrived there. Any damages to the piece will be charged to the client.

Custom Orders:

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence work. After you place your order, we’ll work closely with you through email and if appropriate, telephonically. Upon completion, we will send you a digital photo of the piece prior to shipment. This is your opportunity to make any final changes or tweaks. Once we get your approval, the balance of your order will be requested. Once we receive it, your piece will ship out. Upon receipt, you again have five days to let us know if something is missing or damaged. Should you decide to return it, there is a 50% restocking fee for all custom pieces, and like our standard items, the cost of shipping falls upon the client should you decide to return it.
